look at that gorgeous blue sky over washington now. that's a live view from the nbc 4 hd city camera. all morning long, we've had the cloud cover come and go but it's gone now all around most of the region. still cloudy out the mountains. and temperatures around the area are still chilly. we're in the 40s. 46 now at reagan national. and later today, only going to climb up to around 50 during the afternoon. big changes on the way. a cold start tomorrow morning for election day. near 30 degrees much of the region during the afternoon into the 40s with increasing clouds and then a coastal storm likely going to bring us rain, snow and wind on wednesday. it looks like falling from the 40s wednesday morning, back down into the 30s, once precipitation begins. could get some accumulating snow wednesday evening into very early thursday morning. still too early to tell how much. we'll keep you informed on that. we'll have a better idea certainly by tomorrow. and then warming up friday, saturday and sunday. as sunshine returns. maybe even low 60s
